By providing unified management, automated server provisioning, and advanced monitoring, the platform streamlines operations and enhanced efficiency for organizations working with AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean.
Challenges FAced
Managing resources across multiple cloud providers was complex and time-consuming.
Provisioning servers and scaling applications manually often resulted in inconsistent performance and availability.
Maintaining security and compliance across various cloud environments was challenging, especially with different standards and regulations to adhere to.
Monitoring multiple cloud environments in real-time was difficult, making it hard ro identify and resolve issues quickly.
Tracking usage and billing across different cloud providers was often confusing, leading to billing disputes and inefficiencies.
Carpe Diem's Mission
Taking into account the project’s background, our mission was to handle the project transfer from another development provider, review the developed parts, and prepare detailed plans and estimations to finish the project and release the app.
Review the developed app parts (UX/UI + code review + QA) and provide a more specific plan and estimation of the development stage;
Complete the mobile app design and create the design for the admin panel;
Complete Flutter mobile app development;
Develop admin panel;
Strictly stick to the deadlines and the agreed budget.

The goals
The SaaS Bulk Hosting Platform aims to simplify cloud hosting management for developers, businesses, and agencies.
Fill in the gap in the market by offering a unified solution for automated server provisioning, advanced monitoring, and seamless multi-cloud management across AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean.
Generate revenue through scalable subscription plans and premium features while continuously enhancing performance, security, and automation.
THE Solution
To address the complexity of managing multiple cloud providers, we implemented a unified API integration that connects AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean.
We used Terraform and Ansible for automated server provisioning and Kubernetes for dynamic scaling.
The platform incorporated automated SSL management, encryption, and firewall setups, along with built-in GDPR compliance features.
To monitor the platform effectively, we integrated Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
The platform integrated with Stripe to offer usage-based billing and invoicing, providing transparency and simplifying financial management.
THE MAIN FEATURE
The unified API integration allowed developers and businesses to manage resources across AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean from a single dashboard.
By automating server provisioning and utilizing Kubernetes for dynamic scaling, the platform ensured consistent performance even during traffic spikes.
Automated SSL management, encryption, and GDPR compliance ensured that businesses could operate securely across all cloud environments.
The integration of Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack enabled businesses to monitor their cloud infrastructure in real time, quickly identify issues, and reduce downtime.
